Q2 Social Media
I was a volunteer media coordinator for the 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization Q2, an independent indoor percussion ensemble, during their 2025/2026 competitive season. I attended rehearsals and competitions to film content for short form videos, created photo and video content to be posted on the @atlantaq2 Instagram account, and collaborated with two other media staff members to create a consistent content schedule. From my first to my last post on the account, there was a net gain of 550 followers, which grew the Instagram account’s following by about 25%.
Greenville Ghost Tours
In the summer of 2024, I created social media content for Greenville Ghost Tours and managed their accounts. I went on multiple tours to gather footage, then created 20+ pieces of short form video content to be posted to the Greenville Ghost Tours Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages. As the content was being posted from August-October 2024, I increased the Instagram account reach by 1,456% and the follower count by 14.8%.
Comedicine Podcast
In 2025, I was one of a two person team that edited this podcast for Dr. Sarah Boston. My responsibilities included removing unwanted portions of the raw footage, ensuring transitions were as seamless as possible, adding an intro/outro, and creating graphics for the podcast thumbnails and marketing materials. The Comedicine podcast receives an average of 150-200 views and downloads per episode.
Q2 Cymbal Section Instagram
From November 2022 to April 2024, I was a member of the indoor percussion ensemble Q2. While I was a member, I managed and created content for the @q2cymbals Instagram page. I edited graphics for “meet the member” style posts, posted on the account’s story throughout the competitive season, hosted Q&A’s to engage with our community, and responded to comments and direct messages.
Civitas Social Media
In 2022, I was a member of the Civitas Independent indoor percussion ensemble. During that time, I managed and created content for the @civitascyms Instagram page. I edited graphics to advertise events hosted by the organization, created feed and story posts, and engaged with our community by responding to direct messages and comments throughout the season.
Other Work
Outlier AI
Since August 2024, I have been a contributor and squad reviewer on Scale AI’s platform Outlier. I work on projects to develop some of the world’s top LLMs, review work done by other contributors, and provide personalized coaching to a group of 15-20 contributors.
Trillfit
During the 2024 spring semester, I was a marketing intern for the wellness company Trillfit. I researched grants that the company would be eligible to apply for, created a content calendar to be used by other Trillfit employees, and developed ideas for video content that could be shot in their Brooklyn and Boston locations.
T.L. Hanna High School
From August 2020 to May 2025, I was a marching band and indoor percussion technician at T.L. Hanna High School. During the competitive marching band seasons, I would lead groups of 20+ students through visual and musical exercises, supervise groups of 130+ students as needed, and provide individual feedback to students during rehearsals. During the indoor percussion seasons, I would develop the curriculum for cymbal students and lead sectional rehearsals for them, lead visual warm-up exercises and instructional blocks for the entire group, and provide individual feedback to students during rehearsals.
